London Fixed-gear and Single-speed SJS Cycles

8th December 2009. Let me know if you guys are coming. I am thinking about aranging a ride out to Reedham to cross on the chain ferry (see picture below) to the Ferry Inn pub for lunch and beer. Then ride back. Who is up for some of that?

People will need to take the day off work that is why I am letting you know well in advance.

Will be about 40 miles. Ride out on the back roads to Loddon, then carry on the back roads to Reedham. Cross on the ferry, then the route back will be down the Yarmouth road through Acle I think and back (map here). Should be a good a ride and will need to go prepared. I know these areas really well as I lived near Loddon when I was growing up... What date is good for people?

Yeah I'm in. Bikes a bit of a pos so dunno if you heard that I'm getting a SE Draft tonight for a great price. Will keep me going til the insurance comes through...

Ok. Just over a week away. Let's hope that the weather holds up. Got new bike. Done a load of work to it so am sure it'll be fine.

Just a little closer to heaven fwends, working as a nursing auxiliary next year. Jol straps fail then, they looked like the final solution. Nah mate, no ideas sorry. There is an NHS careers phoneline where they explain all of your possible options to you. Google that or nhs careers.
