Can someone lend me a crank puller that will fit Campagnolo and Miche cranks?
I have the right cranks on the wrong bikes.

Can you bring to Easts or Wests (I'll only be at Wests for an hour or two early on) and let me borrow for a couple of days?

Out of interest which cranks from Campag/Miche need a special puller?

My one size fits all cheap'n'cheerful puller has happily removed Campag, Miche, FSA, and Shimano- both square taper, Octalink and Isis.

I am presuming that I have just been lucky so far?

I have no idea about such things. If Campag and Miche are a standard for once then I'll just pop out and buy one at lunchtime.

(I have a tiny little crank puller from my dad's toolbox which doesn't fit. I think it might be for TA or something, given that that's the only non-Campag crankset my dad ever had)

I've got an icetoolz crank puller which has removed campag, sugino and SR apex cranks to date. All seem to have the same thread for the puller so you should be ok

Miche is standard.

Campag is most likely standard but depends on the model as some of the road versions are reversed.
