Just heard that Dave Gorman is going to cycle to all his gigs across the country. 1500 over 13 days.

The most important questions to ask are...

"WIll he wear a helmet?"
"If he rides SS, front brake only?"
"Rucksack, panniers or fakenger bag?"

We needs to know!

His website says 1500 in 32 days.

About 50 miles per day average. Not too difficult.

Well it IS his blog.. and that's kinda what they're for.

And he IS a standup and media type which kinda makes it his job.

And someone else posted it here so it's not like he's on here pushing it..

I LOVED his googlewack story.

no I wasn't meaning its appearance on here. I just don't get his schtick really. His big ideas seem to be less and less remarkable each time. His 'comedy shows' remind me of those motivational seminars where the attendees seem to be heavily infiltrated by members of the speaker's own roadshow machine.

His blog says he has a cycling GPS.

Anyway pajamas you might be right. The googlewack story and standup was great but the driving across the US using only independent stores was pretty weak. Not actually seen anything else.

'Are You Dave Gorman?' was good. His astrology experiment was interesting also.

It's not meant to be taken off. It looks pretty gash, but if he managed to bend his (fucking gay) mech hanger, and he shifts into the spokes, it means he doesnt ruin the driveside spokes :P

I didn't put the tyres on though, i would have lined up the logo with the valve. Just look how perfect the setup is, everything is right! lol.

Hippy, that is a pretty big thought in my head at the moment. It makes me doubt my skills, even though i know it was setup perfectly, and if anything goes wrong it's user error :P

Oh yeah, he lives in the direction of bethnal green, which means he sees a lot of hipsters, and he absolutley HATES them, aswell as not liking fixie skid bikes.

He was on Radio 4 the other week to puff this, and was banging on about how difficult it is to be famous because, well, the public do like to pigeonhole celebrities, and, you know, why can't he just be, say, a novelist, if he decides to be? Instead of being pigeon-holed as 'an actor', or 'a comedian'. Or 'a cunt', presumably.
