Live topics are basically highly active topics.

The gist of this is that it allows you all to see what is being said as it is said.

And it reduces server load by wiping out a stack of un-needed page refreshes

oi VB can you make it do this refreshing magic stuff on the main post page? so like the most recently threads go straight to the top without refreshing? that would be pretty sweet
