So many foreign people i've met find it so amusing when they come over here that we line up and wait our turn for things, I find it really amusing that queuing just doesn't exist in so many countries!

they have different word for queuing, which is 'waiting' and 'waiting' usually mean that they have trouble meeting demand!

"queuing" sound pretty much like an everyday situation that usually happen, but not necessary a bad thing, like weather, there's no such thing as bad weather, unless it's really bad as in flood, thunderstorm, etc.

this ability obviously deteriorates when seated in easy jet and ryan air boarding areas and the call comes for "would those customers with an A on their boarding cards please like to commence boarding"!!!

True that. I always feel deep rims over power a trad steel frame. The bike is meant to look light and agile, not bottom heavy.

Anyway, Wednesdays are always a relief when you are waiting for a call from Bob Jackson, you know they ain't going to then :)

But yeah, any guesses to what colour that might be? I'm thinking either that blue/silver colour scheme, or Ivory with red decals and lug lining, what do you think?

looks metallic to me. I'd say "blue odd 3" or "blue s" or "cobalt"

just comment on flickr and ask the owner...

Still a very posh bike... but I'd have saved the Sugino's for a modern build too.

5'3" eek. I'm 5'8" and the toe overlap on my bike is annoying (over 1/2 an inch with size 7's).

Other than that and slightly suspect paint finish its dead brill!

Go for the mudguard option, there is extra clearance, even with 28c tyres I can fit mudguard on, the Vigorelli is a grass-track frame, which mean enough clearance for mudguard and 28c tyre (max).

also, you can use gille berthoud mudguard if you don't like the look of those plastic mudguard.

i regret not having mine fitted for such

Ha, sorry Ed, just killed the post because I belatedly found just such a question from a while ago. UTFS fail originally.

It seems like the mudguard option is the way to go, I'd rather have proper full mudguards than Raceblades if they'll fit ok.

I've seen a Vigorelli put together in a very club racer appearance with mudguard, saddlebag and drop, can't find a picture though.
