I had that done (both knees at once) I could run before I could ride comfortably. Take it easy and do what the physio says. If you're brakeless you'd probly irritate it quickly.

Tyres 700 x 32 randonneur & mtb

2x 700x32c vittoria randonneurs and 2x kenda 26x2.1 mtb tyres. Both new, vittoria's are quite tight fit! Also some random plastic mudguards, wide ones.
