EDIT - sorry just seen a link already posted above
So fucking good.
Really enjoyed watching Lombardia yesterday, some of the most exciting racing i've seem in a while. Will be saving that recording for re-watching on the turbo (shudders)
Bloody foggy in Kent this morning. A surprising amount of cars and cyclists seemed to think that not using any lights even when visibility was about 200m was acceptable.
Also, the ladies in Ide Hill farm shop / cafe aren't very friendly any more are they?!
I think about 90mins on the turbo is my limit.
@miro_o how do you pass the time for that long? I've only got so many recordings on my TV of old Eurosport cycling highlights and only so many super-motivational playlists on my mp3....
Not 100% if this comment belongs here or elsewhere, but just placed an order for 'The Racer' book by Dave Millar, really looking forward to getting it. Very much enjoyed his first one, and the topics covered in this sound great.
I'd be shaking for days if i tried that.
I read the Hunter Allen blog a fair bit and 90% of it is reasonable, but he does occasional throw in these ridiculous workouts... he normally calls them 'kitchen sink sessions'. Mad sod.
There's a pop up Pact cafe thing in Spitalfields all this week and next. They're dishing out free brews and there's workshops etc.
Also, if anyone wants a £1 for a bag of beans code, I've got some. Will save you £6.
