Haha, I almost thought that this was my old frame. Lovely frameset, mine was labeled Look, I also bought it in the Netherlands, so there's quite a chance it's either Dutch or Belgian.
It's mine yeah, I still have it. Bought some steel no rake forks which I will try on it soon. I'm still not sure on keeping it though, it doesn't see much action really.
Chris King are the best, I'd go DA9000, performance and look wise. Will be an awesome bike for sure!
Gaston is right though, Eddy Merckx is one big mess..
It's a training bike, there are some old hire bikes at the Alkmaar velodrome here in the Netherlands which are exactly the same as yours. Nice frames nonetheless.
