Are most of these things not true?
I own a few bits from Rapha and like it, but it's hardly a charity. You can't deny it is a profit making company that does things like marketing to sell its products and targets specific audiences in doing so..
Did I read the same article, he just explained Rapha's market and the direction cycling/consumption is moving. Hardly an angry piece..
FUN FACT: Turns out Vandenbergh is actually the tallest pro cyclist in the peleton
I get that, but Vandenbergh looks huge even compared to his wheels which they tend to not go down a size on..
EDIT: Just looked it up, he's 6ft 5, no wonder he looks big on the bike

I did find that a little odd..
Was there any tactical logic to Chris taking it other than because he could - was there someone in the break who would have taken the race lead if he hadn't?
