Those were caused by a set of clip-on mudguard I used before getting proper ones - the rubber fastening straps rubbed the paint off the carbon at the low part of the forks. It's cosmetic, and can be touched up I imagine, though never got round to doing it myself. Overall the paint is still pretty good - I've taken photos of the bits that are not so good.
Although the bike is just over 2 years old, it has been ridden a lot during 2 winters as it was intended... The bottom bracket shell was re-faced about 3 months ago and a new BB installed (Chorus square taper), so it's all set for a good couple more winters of hard riding.
