I'm not sure that my consumption is a true reflection of what is needed but as a lesser climber I did consume a bit more in an effort to up my energy levels*.
1x bag dried mango, eating a few pieces at the bottom of the climbs for a boost and at the top incase is burned all I had. Didn't finish the bag through the day.
1x trek flapjack at the top of IDE hill halfway break.
1x half of a macca berry burst bar.
Nearly consumed 1.5ltr of water by the time at IDE hill cafe, put in another 1.5ltr there so I probably drank near 3 ltrs on the ride,ore like 2.5.
*I'm not sure if this was entirely nessisary as cycling energy management is not something I know much about.
