This may be out of place, but I'm converting my Gitane to SS... Since I live in France, I'm just about certain that it's a french BB, but I don't have the tools to take the cranks apart...(I only took all the parts off today...)

I take it the BB louisc mentioned is this one :

Does it allow you to put any crank on a french BB ?

@miro_o : What rims have you got on your grey pug ? Is the braking surface black originally, or have you been abusing some Sharpies ...? ; )
