Your question: No, you can't play cycle ball with a polo bike. You need a special bike for cycle ball in Germany it's called "Radball-Maschine" (cyle ball machine). This cycle ball machine has no brake, you brake by stopping to pedal. Normally you don't sit on the bike even if you want to relax or you don't want to waste power.
