Hi,
Just posted this in the current projects thread in response to your frame, thought you might be interested.
"That frame acctually is a little similar to my harry quinn track/path frame,
they both have very thin rear stays and similar forks, mine though has the lugs picked out in blue so they are clearer to make out.
The track ends are also the same.
Whatever it is, its a very nice frame.

If it is a harry quinn then you can be sure you have an awesome frame, harry was one of the best frame builders around.
