I've recently sold some car modification parts to a guy off a forum in Brazil. He paid me full RRP for the parts and paid straight away plus received them and the deal went well.
I sold the parts (brand new) exactly what I paid for them which was £220, plus £100 shipping fee.
In Brazil, these parts RRP for (roughly converted) £870 as all the stockists buy from Europe.
If I where to sell these parts for £500, there's still quite a profit in it for me, which I'd like to start doing.
Just wanting to know what fool-proof ways there are to do this kind of deal? There is a demand for them in Brazil and I was thinking of setting up a small group-buy over in Brazil and taking a 20% deposit?
I've sold and sent to Brazil before but nothing like this before, would really appreciate some advice!
Brazil has a 60% import tax. Just so you know.
