We are excited to announce the London International Invitational 2012!
A showcase of the best teams from around Europe, as part of the London Bike Show at the Excel Centre.
The Tournament is taking place from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th of January. We will also be including demonstration games and ‘have a go’ sessions for the public on Thursday 12th.
We hope you can come along!
As well as the chance to check out the bike show itself there will of course be some incredible bike polo being played; certainly plenty of games you won’t want to miss.
LHBPA members will gain free entrance.

bummer, I'm in Holland that weekend.
Good job to everyone who's organised this though, the line up looks great.
Good work on getting this opportunity for UK polo - hope to visit on the Friday.
Make it happen Netto!
fantastic. love the poster too.
Can't believe I've swindled my way into playing in this
what is the format of this? round robin would be ace. sorry if i have missed something
It's going to be a couple of group stages, and then single elim.
Seeded or random? ;)
This looks awesome I'll be there on the weekend at least to help or maybe just cheer.
not getting at you john just curious, can you release the groups early so travels / works can be accommodated?
Yeah, probably can actually. I just need to nail down the exact format. We are still waiting for Edisons to confirm, so it will depend on that.
Louis, yes, of course seeded single elim ;)
poster updated in the first post.
Final 2 teams, Edisons and Yorgo's team confirmed.
who is in edisons?
Normally Mo, David and Eddy. It's their new team now that Anna has left for Shotgun Sisters.
But David is away, so they will have a sub for him.
yes i know ... instead of David?
Do you guys know if we will be able to leave bikes / bike bags at the centre? For foreign players it can be handy. We did that in KA and most people took the tram.
Yes, definitely no problem at all.
We'll be supplying a full information pack for all the players nearer the time
Whats gonna be the exact court dimension and size of wall ( wooden and solid?)?
obviously by foreign i meant herne hill.
30 x 18, 1.2m wood panels like the London Open
1.2m high (4 feet).
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
